Shipping & Returns
SureSport can ship to any customer with a valid United States and Canada Post Office address. Note that there may be restrictions on some products.
Simply put, we have found the most economical way (time and cost) to ship is by Priority Mail via the US Postal Service, however, under rare or special circumstances use (UPS or FedEx)
All orders qualify for FREE "standard" shipping.
- Orders are shipped from one of 2 distribution centers. Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your stuff as quickly as possible. Having said that, there will be cases where some items will have to be shipped cross country and require 5+ days of shipping
How do international orders work?
Orders for shipment to addresses outside of the U.S. and Canada are subject to the following terms:
International orders and inquiries can be placed via voice telephone to 440.353.2838, by facsimile 440.327.1571, postal mail or e-mail email@example.com. Please include your telephone number and e-mail address with your inquiries.
Orders for shipment outside of the U.S. are subject to shipping fees, applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds prior to shipping.
SureSport will not ship to freight forwarders unless product is for their internal use only. All international orders must ship directly to the end destination.
Please note that certain products may not be exportable due to their classification. SureSport reserves the right to deny an international order for any reason.
SureSport does not provide certificates of origin, NAFTA certificates or any other free trade certificates, letters of credit or legalized paperwork. Pre-shipment inspections, when necessary, are the customer's responsibility.
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, SureSport reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

International Return Policy
Products shipped internationally may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer care department by email at email@example.com and we will reply to within 24 hours. If you need to contact us immediately please contact our English speaking customer care team at 440.353.2838 Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm EDT.
For international orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All orders and payments are subject to validation and authorization by SureSport and the card issuer to maintain security and the prevention of fraud. Promotional code discounts are not accepted on international orders.
Special Note to International Users
SureSport offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products. You may return most new, unopened or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items may be subject to a 20% restocking charge if returned in unsalable condition.
Returns must be authorized in writing by SureSport.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks after receipt by SureSport. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
